Horse:
Magic Golden Favorite
-
Aka "Georgia". Is a 15.1hh, golden palomino,
registered Tennessee Walking horse gelding, offered for sale for $1000.
No trades, no exceptions. He was born, raised and trained on our farm by
us. His dam has produced many foals for us and she produces big horses.
So we are certain this guy will top out at at least a full 15.2 or
15.3hh when mature. This horse has seen it all in regards to what to
expect on a trail ride. He has experience with the following:
Riding alone, Riding in Groups, Riding with Dogs, Seeing Deer/Turkey,
Riding by cars/Campers/four wheelers, mule drawn carriages, etc, Riding
in a group and then being pulled away from the group, Camping overnight
and being tethered to a line. This horse is wise beyond his years. He
was foaled on 10/19/2007, right here on the farm. He is out of a Pride
of Midnight dam and by a Carbon Copy bred sire. Both of which we own and
are on the farm for you to view should you visit Stonewall Horse Farm in
Ashland City, TN. This horse has amazing ground manners. All of our
horses stand perfectly still in the crossties while grooming, tacking,
etc, but we also teach them to stand inside the crossties WITHOUT being
hooked up and Georgia is no exception. He rides in a medium port bit
with a 3-6 inch shank with minimal curb chain. He has no bad habits in a
stall or pasture and is medium in the "pecking order" of the herd. He
doesn't eat first but he doesn't eat last! You can catch this horse in a
million acre field or in a stall as he usually has his head hanging over
the door seeking attention, he loves attention and to be petted, talked
to and loved. And he also knows that when the saddle goes on, its time
to work. And that he does. He's got an amazing lope on the trails and a
trail gait that would suit just about any trail rider. He is more of a
racking going Walker but its smooth sailing for sure! He will also dog
walk all day long if you're the kind of rider that prefers to drop the
reins and enjoy the nature and socialization of a trail ride. If Georgia
happens to encounter something new, he will simply stop, perk his ears,
and investigate it before moving on down the road. He does not jerk or
jump to the side, rear or buck for any reason. He is a willing horse
with a great attitude. Just point him in the direction you wish to go
and Georgia will take you there all at a smooth pace. Videos available @

$1000.
